I'm Sol — a software engineer in New York City. I've spent my career moving between building products and sitting across from the customer: full stack engineering at MIRROR (Lululemon) and Blackboard, solutions engineering at TripleLift, and independent consulting building AI systems for real businesses.

Right now I run Banchan Studio, a consulting practice building small tools for small and mid-size businesses, and I build retrieval and automation systems for clients. I'm most useful where the technical work and the customer conversation are the same job.
